Opportunity for Platform Acquisition
In addition to the awards and production grants, ABC Talkies may
consider acquiring up to the top 50 performing films from TBSC
Season 6 for exclusive streaming rights on the platform, subject to
performance, internal evaluation, and suitability criteria.
This creates an opportunity for filmmakers to extend the life of
their films beyond the challenge period and gain additional
visibility on the platform.
Important Guidelines

Selection for acquisition is not guaranteed and will be based on
overall performance, audience traction, content suitability, and
platform requirements.

Selected films may be offered an exclusive one-year streaming
association with ABC Talkies.

Films considered for acquisition must comply with all technical,
legal, and content requirements of the platform.

Filmmakers must hold all necessary rights related to the film,
including music, footage, performances, and third-party
materials.

ABC Talkies reserves the sole right to determine the films
selected for acquisition and the commercial terms associated
with such acquisition.

Further agreements and documentation may be required for
selected films.
